Terms of Use – Layni
By using Layni to join queues, track your turn, and use loyalty and rewards, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy.

1. The service
- Layni is a platform that lets customers join business queues and track their turn, and lets businesses manage queues, loyalty points, and rewards through supported channels.
- Wait-time estimates are indicative and may change based on the business’s operating conditions.
2. Accurate information and mobile number
- When joining as a guest, you must provide an accurate name and a working mobile number. Your mobile number is required so the business can contact you if electronic alerts fail (for example network outage or weak connectivity).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for updating it when needed.
3. Offers, updates, and rewards
- With your separate optional consent, the business may send offers, rewards, updates, and information about its services through Layni. You may decline without being blocked from joining the queue.
- Contact details used for this purpose are shared with the business you visited and only within what you consented to.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not manipulate queues or loyalty points, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Do not scrape or extract data without express permission.
5. Limitation of liability
- Layni is not liable for the business’s operational decisions, delays caused by venue conditions, or outages beyond reasonable control (including network failures on your side or at the venue).
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to what cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing law
- These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including personal data protection rules, while respecting mandatory laws of the country where you use the service where applicable.
7. Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
